Rev: NIC/[OLE]/ONL/VND - pellets on 2q and 3q "N"s. ON and ND ligated. Note the mis-strike has affected 2q/3q lettering, with VND repeated. Unclear whether C/E on reverse are of short cross style. RIC ~10-11.
